When it comes to statistical production, few players can match what Eystin Salum did at NCAA Division II Colorado Mesa University.
Salum, 6’1” and 190 lbs dual-threat quarterback, has signed with the Green Bay Blizzard.
While at Colorado Mesa, Salum started two full seasons, leaving him plenty of time to leave his mark on the program. When he left, he owned school records in total yardage (8,046 yards) and passing yardage (5,672 yards). He had a staggering 73 career touchdowns (45 passing and 28 rushing). In addition, Salum received the team’s special teams player of the year as a sophomore, finishing with 22 tackles.
“Eystin is a great athlete who’s speed makes it difficult to be defended at his quarterback position,” said Roberson. “As his stats show, he produced in a huge way with his arm and his feet, game after game, at the college level.”
