The Blizzard (5-7) and Pirates (7-4) faced off in Week 6 at the Resch Center. Green Bay won the overtime thriller, 38-31, snapping Massachusetts' 14-game win streak to notch their first win of the season. 

Saturday's Week 14 matchup between the Eastern Conference rivals will have a large impact on playoff standings and implications. As of right now, Massachusetts holds the second seed in the conference, while Green Bay is narrowly trailing the third and fourth seeds who have six wins on the season.

Green Bay enters the game coming off of a dominating 31-13 home win over the Quad City Steamwheelers. 

The Blizzard defense held Quad City to just six second-half points. DB Momodou Mbye was named Player of the Game after recording eight tackles, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. 

Massachusetts is coming off of a Week 13 road loss to the Duke City Gladiators. The Pirates led 43-35 with 27 seconds left in the game, but Duke City scored 16 points in the final seconds to secure the victory. 

Saturday's game will feature two of the IFL's top wide receivers in Green Bay's Keshaun Taylor and Massachusetts' Thomas Owens. Taylor leads the league with 16 receiving touchdowns, while Owens is tied for second with 15.
