Biography

Ryan Frans will enter his first year with the Green Bay Blizzard as an IFL rookie. He spent three years with the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears before transferring to Valdosta State University. While with the Bears, Frans helped the team advance as far as the NCAA Division II National Championship. The Bears were also top three in the SAC in offensive yards each year Frans played.
