Biography

Steve Newbold is entering his second year with the Blizzard. Hailing from Carol City, Florida, Newbold played collegiate football at Tennessee State University, where he earned numerous honors and finished as a top-10 receiver in program history. Newbold played in all 16 games for the Blizzard last season at multiple positions, notching 416 receiving yards and 10 touchdown catches, one rushing touchdown, 496 total return yards, and eight tackles on special teams. He was also recognized as the Week 8 Player of the Game.
