Hopson began working for the Blizzard in 2014. He has played a major role in helping to revitalize and re-brand the organization since then, planning popular theme nights, bringing in dozens of new sponsors/partnerships, and increasing annual game attendance by 60%. Hopson was named 2018 IFL Executive of the Year and honored as the league's 2022 John Pettit Person of the Year.

Napralla joined Green Bay's front office in the fall of 2021 after spending eight years as a member of the Blizzard coaching staff. He oversees the team's season ticket program, in addition to helping develop partnerships with area schools and local groups.
